Employment Type: Contract through the end of 2025 with potential to extend

Join a forward-thinking organization that thrives on pushing boundaries, challenging the status quo, and delivering innovative products that improve lives across the globe. This position is responsible for assisting the IT Department in many of the day-to-day duties that take time away from maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure. The primary duties of this position include receiving and unpacking deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized lab and server room, asset management including tagging of old and new hardware, and basic tier I helpdesk support that does not require computer account access.

Responsibilities: 

• Help Desk
• Creating Tickets
• Set/Reset Passwords
• Monitor the Teams messages
• Receiving & unpacking deliveries

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Any IT-related certifications a plus
• Experience or coursework in Information Technology
• Basic computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of networking
• Organizational skills
• An ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• An ability to prioritize tasks
• An ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
