This position is responsible for assisting the IT Department in many of the day-to-day duties that take time away from maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure. The primary duties of this position include receiving and unpacking deliveries, maintaining a clean and organized lab and server room, asset management including tagging of old and new hardware, and basic tier I helpdesk support that does not require computer account access.
Responsibilities:
- Help Desk
- Creating Tickets
- Set/Reset Passwords
- Monitor the Teams messages
- Receiving & unpacking deliveries
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Any IT-related certifications a plus
- Experience or coursework in Information Technology
- Basic computer hardware knowledge and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking
- Organizational skills
- An ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- An ability to prioritize tasks
- An ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
