Senior Scientist, Method Development

This role leads analytical method development and validation while serving as a technical SME to solve complex challenges and ensure high-quality, compliant data using advanced instrumentation such as HPLC/UPLC/GC/MS. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical chemistry expertise, works autonomously, and drives project success in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.

This role is fully onsite in Lincoln, NE. This role is not eligible to provide sponsorship.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead analytical method development and validation to ensure accurate, high-quality data.
• Serve as a technical SME, solving complex analytical challenges and supporting investigations across the network.
• Execute and oversee analytical testing using HPLC / UPLC / GC / MS.
• Drive project success by leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results against defined objectives.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and laboratory standards.

• Proven expertise in HPLC/UPLC and analytical method development.
• Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and instrumentation.
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly technical environment while delivering on project goals.
• Effective communicator with experience managing stakeholders in matrixed teams.
