You'll be the central point for ensuring all equipment installations are properly documented, tracked, and prepared for DEP turnover.What You'll Do:Equipment Tracking & Documentation (50%)Track all major equipment installations: pumps, motors, blowers, instrumentation, electrical gear, SCADA systemsMaintain equipment schedules with manufacturer info, model/serial numbers, installation datesCoordinate equipment deliveries and verify against approved submittalsTrack equipment tagging per DEP asset numbering standardsDocument factory acceptance tests (FATs) and site acceptance tests (SATs)Maintain equipment cut sheets, O&M manuals, warranties, and test reportsSubmittal & RFI Coordination (30%)Track equipment submittals through the approval process with Jacobs and DEPCoordinate RFIs related to equipment conflicts, installation issues, or missing informationMaintain submittal logs and distribute approved documents to field teamsSupport equipment-related change order documentationCloseout Documentation (20%)Organize all equipment documentation for DEP turnover requirementsCompile O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and warranty informationSupport as-built coordination by verifying equipment data matches installed conditionsPrepare equipment asset registers for DEP's facility management systemCoordinate with BIM team to ensure equipment information in models is accurateSupport final punch list tracking for equipment commissioningWhat We're Looking For:Required:3-5 years construction administration experience (MEP, water/wastewater, or heavy civil preferred)Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large document setsExperience with submittal/RFI processes and construction documentationProficiency in Excel, Word, and document management systems (Procore, e-Builder, PDMS, or similar)Ability to read drawings and equipment schedulesUnderstanding of construction closeout and commissioning requirementsPreferred:NYC DEP or DDC project experienceFamiliarity with water/wastewater treatment equipmentExperience with equipment commissioning processesBluebeam proficiency for document markupKnowledge of M/WBE/DBE compliance and reporting
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
