Construction Project Manager (3+ yrs. exp req)

Construction Project Manager:

You bring a strong sense of urgency, communicate with confidence, and know how to get clients, subcontractors, and designers moving in the same direction. As our Construction Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of your construction projects as you closely manage the budget and schedule, quickly solve problems, and hold people to clear expectations without losing sight of client expectations. What you’ll need to be our Construction Project Manager:

· Previous experience in the construction industry, with demonstrated success managing schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination

· Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls

· Proven ability to communicate project details clearly and effectively across audiences (clients, subcontractors, etc.) through various mediums

· Thorough knowledge of construction methods and sequencing

· Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans

· Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to closely collaborate with the Superintendent

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction and project management software

What you’ll do as the Construction Project Manager:

· Lead assigned projects from pre-construction through final closeout

· Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, maintaining alignment with client expectations

· Serve as the primary relationship lead for clients and external project partners

· Collaborate with the Superintendent, subcontractors, design team, and leadership on planning and decision-making

· Proactively resolve project risks and needs to avoid disrupting project delivery
