What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at SRCMcJoe?
Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one general manager to join our 22 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, good at communication and reliable. This position is required to work 35-40 hours a week, weekends required.
Starting pay rate is $16.25/hr cash/card tips (this brings it to ~$18.00-$21.00/hr)

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations
- Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Manage profit and loss figures
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Manager Food Handler's Certification will need to be acquired upon hiring
