With multiple café locations in Pueblo and Colorado Springs, we’re proud to serve USDA Certified Organic coffee that’s roasted with care and powered by the sun.

As a Barista, you’ll be the face of our café, crafting delicious coffee beverages and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care.
• Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
• Assisting with restocking supplies and keeping inventory in check.
• Upholding our commitment to sustainability and quality in every cup.

We’re seeking someone with:

• At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about our USDA Certified Organic roasts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
