Job Posting Title: Registered Nurse (Inpatient), PRN Days Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: PRN, as needed Monday - Sunday 12-hour shifts Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate the nursing care provided for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, school age, and adolescents Professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients, for a designated time frame, and provides quality care to these patients Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment Required Skills/Abilities Must be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Hold current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license or is eligible for reciprocity and holds a temporary permit from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners to practice professional nursing 1 or more years of experience as an RN Pediatric nursing experience preferred Current CPR certification required Must obtain PALS certification within 1 year of employment Demonstrate advanced and mature critical thinking and assessment skills At Scottish Rite for Children, we work together with the common goal of helping give children back their childhood.
