Position Title: Direct Sales and Customer Service Representative
Reporting Relationship
Reports to: General Manger
Summary: This is a direct sales rep position that will be expected to work independently to sell and promote all Company services across a designated territory. The job will be to earn new customers, expand the existing customer’s services and gain back former customers. This position will serve as customer service for existing customers in an external and internal capacity. This position will be expected to maintain a daily sales log as it relates to field work to be submitted weekly to the manager. This position will be expected to learn and support every aspect of the business operations including working with management, admin and drivers. Primary Duties, Responsibilities
and Auhority:
• Cold call and visit potential customers, recording critical contact information including name, address, phone number and e-mails, to be entered
into a CM system.
• New business development of the Rynocare, Sisk Recycling, and Koefran services including best removal
and disposl options.
• Expected to represent the Company’s services to potential customers and advise on how our products and services
can increae revenues.
• Discover and handle concerns and complaints
from existig customers.
• Develop new opportunities for products and services by collecting information and feedback from field activity and coordinate customer coverage with proper staff of the Company.
• Daily interaction with driers and staff.
• Maintain a daily sale log to be used in closing business and for accounting epense purposes.
• Make sales presentations, including drafting proposals and creating PowerPoint presentations, presenting material to potential
clients singulaly or to groups.
• Demonstrate and aid in installing the Company’s Oracle System software - BIS at the cients facilities.
• Work with manager to write up proposals and secure signed contracts for commited new customers.
• Attend related seminars and trade shows
and potentially staf sponsored events.
• Assist wit rebranding efforts.
• Assist with uncovering competitive information ad documenting in CRM.
• Support the General Manager in all business operations including direct pickups an deliveries as needed.
• Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management including sales efforts of the Company’s othe services as requested.

• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skill, phone etiquette and customer relations.
