Patient Recruitment Specialist – Full Time

Suncoast Research Associates is a privately owned and operated research organization established in 2018. We help volunteers participate in clinical trials, giving patients the opportunity to take an active role in their health care, access new treatments, and support medical research. We work with major pharmaceutical companies across many therapeutic areas and are located in Doral, Florida.
We are seeking a full-time Patient Recruitment Specialist to identify, screen, and enroll participants for clinical trials. This role works closely with research teams to meet recruitment goals while following ethical and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential study participants
- Screen candidates for eligibility
- Educate participants on study details and rights
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Build relationships with community groups, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations
- Collaborate with research staff and study sponsors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare recruitment preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic systems
- Willing to travel within the Tri-County area
