Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can balance high-level customer service with the organized "behind-the-scenes" logistics of a busy powersports shop. This is a hands-on customer facing role in a fast paced environment for Parts and Service for our SR1 Powersports team in Epsom NH.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Talking to customers online, over the phone and in person to find, quote, and order parts as needed
- Enter, schedule, and cash out customers looking for service work
- Answer technical questions as needed
- Entering data into inventory systems, maintaining accurate records of parts sold, inventory levels, and tracking shipments.
- fulfilling internal and customer orders by locating and preparing parts for service technicians or retail sales. Utilize manufacturer portals and CRM tools to source and order inventory
- Receiving parts, verifying deliveries against packing slips/invoices, bin locations and labeling, and accurately stocking parts in designated locations.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe, ensuring parts are stored correctly and bins are tidy.
- Help list and manage new and used parts on Facebook, Ebay and other platforms
- Other Duties: Shipping, assisting with inventory counts, managing back-ordered parts, and fulfilling other duties as assigned by the parts/ service manager.
- Support general operations as needed (this is a small team and everyone pitches in!)
- Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
Schedule:
- Monday 8AM-5PM, Tuesday 8AM-5PM, Thursday 8AM-5PM, Friday 8AM-5PM, and Saturday 8AM-1PM
- 2 Days off per week (Wednesday and Sunday)

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
