Position Summary: We are seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, oversees daily yard operations, and leads a team responsible for unloading, inspecting, assembling, and preparing trailers.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable all yard staff and delegate daily tasks.
- Maintain adequate staffing and ensure work coverage at all times.
- Perform routine process and safety training for all yard staff.
- Oversee unloading of utility trailers, car haulers, equipment trailers, etc.
- Assist with trailer assembly when needed
- Inspect incoming trailers for damage, missing parts, or defects and communicate issues immediately.
- Perform basic maintenance and frequent washing of forklifts and telehandlers.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Service team ASAP.
- Monitor Daily Forklift Safety Check Sheets for each unit daily.
- Handle paperwork and documentation when receiving shipments of trailers.
- Monitor outgoing deliveries and track details using the SR1 Logistics Google Sheet.
- Maintain frequent communication with Sales and Service Managers, including weekly meetings.
- Inform the sales manager of load arrivals with photos, brands, and load numbers.

Requirements:
2-3 years of yard, warehouse, or equipment environment experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
(Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
