Key Responsibilities
- Present finance, lease, and protection options using a transparent, menu-based presentation style.
- Exceed store sales targets for service agreements, GAP, roadside assistance, and protection packages.
- Structure deals for prime and sub-prime lenders to maximize profit while strictly adhering to bank guidelines.
- Ensure all paperwork, titling, loan documentation, and disclosures comply with state, federal, and DMV regulations.
- Track department revenue, charge-backs, and funding to maintain clean deal jackets and minimize CIT turnaround times.
- Partner with Sales Managers and Consultants to transition buyers smoothly into the F&I office.
- Oversee, coach, and mentor sales and finance staff on F&I processes, product offerings, and compliance.
- Build and foster strong relationships with lenders, vendors, and internal departments to drive future business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of successful F&I Management experience in a dealership setting (RV, Automotive, Marine, or Powersports).
- Proven track record of high aftermarket product sales, including extended service contracts.
- Strong menu-selling, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and digital menu presentation software.
- Deep knowledge of finance regulations and uncompromised ethical standards.
- Willingness to work weekends and peak retail hours.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: Competitive pay based on experience & knowledge (Base Salary Commission/Bonus structure).
- Schedule: Full-time, 5-day work week (Monday – Saturday with a designated day off during the week).
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
