Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson to join our team at our onsite location in Lombard, IL. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and nurturing relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include presenting staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, maintaining client relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends. The role involves collaboration with team members to align sales efforts with company objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including the ability to identify prospective clients, build trust, and maintain long-term partnerships
- Negotiation and Persuasion skills to effectively close deals and expand client portfolios
- Communication and Presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently
- Research and Industry Awareness skills to understand market trends and client needs
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in

- Relevant experience in staffing, recruitment, or the IT/Telecom industry is highly desirable
