SR Wood is looking to hire a dependable, professional individual for a full-time Customer Service Representative position at the company's office in Southern Indiana.
This position is well-suited for someone who values being part of a team while thriving in independent work and responsibilities.
This is not a call center position.
The Customer Service Representative will work as a team member and accept a broad range of professional responsibilities, coordinating all aspects of business between the company and its major corporate clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for designated corporate clients
- Provide clients with timely information by calculating pricing and monitoring order status
- Process orders by receiving purchase orders, verifying pricing, ensuring all product specifications are accurate, entering orders into the computer system, and emailing acknowledgements
- Provide freight quotes and email shipping dimensions and weights
- Assemble and ship sample materials per customer requests
Job Requirements:
- Very strong computer skills (typing, data entry, Microsoft Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to quickly learn the company's order management software system
- Basic math (addition, multiplication and division)
- Strong ability to communicate professionally and engage with corporate clients
- Detail-oriented, dependable and organized
- Customer Service, Inside Sales, Client Support, Account Management or Administrative Assistant experience required
Office Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
