Senior Business Analyst-W2 only
Location: San Antonio, TX | Findlay, OH | Texas City, TX | Wilmington, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting large enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, process analysis, and Agile delivery. Experience working across multiple business and technical teams is required.

Required Skills:

  • 8 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Requirements elicitation, BRDs/FRDs, User Stories
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management
  • Enterprise transformation or large-scale program experience
  • Process mapping, UAT, and business process improvement
  • Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence
  • Operations Transformation experience
  • Energy, Oil & Gas, Refining, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Utilities domain experience

Salary : $50 - $55
