Project Manager

Position: Project Manager-In person

Location: 2 days Onsite Corona, CA

Duration: 6 Months C2H

Interview Process (how many rounds and any details) 1 30 with the hiring manager, vp 30 min and in person 1 hour with a case study onsite.

Screening Questions from the hiring managers:

• What are your salary expectations?
• Are you comfortable commuting 2x per week into the office at Corona?
• Can you write a brief summary of 2 projects where you acted as a project manager? Please include:
• A short summary of the project scope
• How many months did the project last?
• How many stakeholders were part of the project?
• What did his role as the project manager include?

This role is focused on Software projects. Will communicate with stake holders and diverse groups.

They are waterfall and agile.

• Between 3-5 years of hands on experience in project management

• Proficiency with Microsoft’s office desktop solutions (Excel and PowerPoint a must), SharePoint, Visio, Teams,

Atlassian’s Jira, and Confluence a plus

• Ability to create presentations and present in front of large audiences

• Proven analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communicational skills

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and geographically dispersed

• Understanding of SDLC

• Must be available on weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (will consider applicants with

extensive PM experience in lieu of specific degree requirements)

• PMP Certification a plus
