Our client is one of the most accomplished Personal Injury Law Firms in the country with practice areas include personal injury, workers compensation, social security disability, auto wrecks, trucking wrecks, insurance disputes, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, on-the-job injuries, and veterans’ disability claims.
The Law Firm is actively seeking a talented Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join its dynamic legal team on-site at their offices in Knoxville, TN with typical caseloads between 60-70 cases at any given time.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
- Healthcare and Dental: Firm pays a portion for the employee (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

Qualifications:
- Licensed in Tennessee
- 1 to 3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred (pre-litigation focus preferred)
