The Practice

The work is generalist with depth, offering variety without chaos.

The Role

• Manage complex tax engagements from start to finish
• Review returns and provide planning guidance
• Supervise and develop staff
• Build long‑term client relationships
• Collaborate with leadership on practice growth

This is a client‑facing, leadership‑track role with visibility and stability.

Who This Is For

• Manager: 6 years of public accounting experience
• Senior Manager: 8–10 years with leadership responsibility
• CPA required
• HNW experience a plus (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax Manager: $120,000 – $180,000 base
• Senior Tax Manager: $150,000 – $230,000 base
