Responsibilities
- Expand revenue from existing clients.
- Responsible for short-term and long-term business planning and identifying business opportunities for the firm in addition to their individual practice.
- Manage practice performance, including billing, realization, days outstanding, and individual charge hour objectives.
- Meet business development expectations through new client acquisition, cross-selling activities, and execution of a personal marketing plan.
- Serve as a key client contact and trusted business advisor.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Work directly with clients while managing and mentoring staff.
- Serve as an internal Subject Matter Expert on technical matters.
- May participate as a member of the Senior Operations Management Team.
- Foster a positive team environment and support management decisions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
- 6 years of supervisory experience.
- Active CPA license or equivalent certification required.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple assignments, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with applicable technologies and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated business integrity, client service excellence, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as needed based on client and business requirements.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $165,000 - $285,000
