Position Summa

ryThe Superintendent is responsible for directing all on-site construction activities and supervising field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role oversees daily operations, coordinates subcontractors and inspections, and drives projects through final completion and Certificate of Occupanc

y.
