Seeking a strategic leader to oversee global billing and collections operations, including e-billing and client rate management. This role is pivotal in transforming revenue processes through technology and innovation, driving efficiency and actionable insights for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to evolve revenue operations into a data-driven, strategic function
- Implement automation and AI to optimize billing and shorten collection cycles
- Develop advanced revenue forecasting and analytics for strategic planning
- Manage global WIP and AR, ensuring timely billing and risk mitigation
- Advise leadership on pricing strategies and client negotiations
- Mentor and develop a team of 50 professionals worldwide
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of managerial experience (Law Firm experience only)
- Proven leadership in revenue operations and process optimization
- Expertise in billing systems, automation, and financial controls
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategy
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in professional services; law firm background a plus
