- 8 years of litigation experience (commercial/business/real estate)
- 1st & 2nd chair trial experience (state & federal court)
- Ability to independently manage cases end-to-end
- Texas Bar admission required
- Strong legal writing and academic credentials
- Real estate experience preferred; title insurance a plus
