Requirements:
- 4–6 years of complex litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Practical experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial work
- Construction law and construction litigation experience strongly preferred
- Engineering, architecture, or construction management background is a plus
- Strong academic credentials
- Detail‑oriented, sound judgment, and driven to advance in a collaborative practice
