Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring all requests are noted.
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including during peak hours at nightclubs or restaurants.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
• Servers must be able to begin their scheduled shifts at 3pm eastern time.
