Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drink orders.
- Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the industry, and menu offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Clover POS system is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage pairings is advantageous.
