Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of interventions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Conduct intake assessments for new clients and facilitate ongoing patient care activities including progress reviews and treatment modifications
Skills
- Expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies
- Experience working with children, individuals with autism, and people with developmental disabilities
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and documentation for behavioral health interventions
- Knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of medical information
