What are the responsibilities and job description for the FedEx Delivery Driver position at SR Logistics Corporation?
This is a delivery position that utilizes your own vehicle. You will be paid weekly and paid by the stop!
SR Logistics Corporation with FedEx Ground has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in the Ladson, SC area. Drivers will be delivering to local residents and businesses. You will be dispatching out of the FedEx terminal at 6850 Weber Blvd Ladson, SC 29456. Punctuality is extremely important to us, and start times begin at 8 AM. If you are aware of attendance issues, please respect our time and yours and look elsewhere.
We offer competitive per stop pay that rewards your hard work. Drivers should expect 70 stops per day at a minimum. TWe reward those who are loyal to our company and promote a healthy culture and ask that you keep this in mind when applying!
We do offer medical/dental/vision benefits that are optional for employees. PTO earned with tenure!
Requirements:
All drivers must be 21 years of age or older.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Drivers must be willing to submit to a background check
Drivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 150 lbs.
Drivers must be able to work in all weather conditions
Drivers must live within 1 hour of the terminal
Drivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)
No CDL required!!
Company vehicle provided. Candidates with previous experience are a good fit for this position. Military veterans are encouraged.
