Job Summary:
Business Systems Analyst with 7 years of experience leading testing efforts, driving requirements strategy, and supporting enterprise system implementations. Skilled in test planning, functional and UAT leadership, and end‑to‑end validation across both Agile and Waterfall environments. Strong data mapping and analysis expertise for new system integrations and interface design. Adept at identifying overlaps, risks, and constraints to shape holistic implementation strategies. Experienced in gathering requirements and supporting deployments for Governance, Risk, Compliance, and ITSM platforms, including Onspring and Neurons. Workload typically spans requirements gathering (30%), data mapping/analysis (30%), testing leadership (30%), and stakeholder meetings (10%).
