Compensation: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (Performance-Based)
About the Role
Sqweek Home Services is a fast-growing team currently seeking high-energy, reliable individuals to join us as Window Cleaning Technicians. We aren't looking for "just anyone"—we are building a high-performance team. This is a physical, outdoor role that requires energy, focus, and absolute professionalism.
How You Earn
We believe your effort should directly shape your paycheck. Our technicians earn 20% of all revenue they service. Our standard is for technicians to service between $125 and $175 per hour.
Service $125/hr → You earn $25/hr
Service $150/hr → You earn $30/hr
Service $175 /hr→ You earn $35 /hr

Additional Earnings:
- Keep 100% of your customer tips.

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality window cleaning services for our residential clients.
- Represent the Sqweek brand professionally at every job site.
- Operate and maintain company service vehicles.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Maintain a high level of physical activity throughout the day.
Requirements
We are looking for team members who:
- Show up on time, every time.
- Work hard and take pride in the quality of their work.
- Are reliable and motivated to grow with the company.
- Are physically capable of being on their feet for 6–8 hours a day.
- Are comfortable driving a company service van.
- Are comfortable using a tall, heavy scrub brush for exterior windows.
- Are flexible with scheduling (including rain-day adjustments and occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.

- You prefer a low-effort or low-accountability work environment.
- You require strictly indoor work with no schedule flexibility.
