Compensation & Perks:
- $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday. A day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner.
- $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.
- $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window.
- Flexible schedule — work when you want
- Independent contractor (1099)
- Secure and own prime territory
- Full onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
- Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
- Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Securing signed partnership agreements
- Building early market presence by locking in key locations
- Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
- Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
- Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
- Registered freelancer (1099)
- Must be located in Little Rock
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Field outreach or door-to-door experience
- Experience with Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
