Logistics Coordinator I
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented to our operations. This full-time, in-person role is essential to ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the receipt, inspection, and precise cataloging of incoming product shipments.
· Manage order fulfillment, including packaging, labeling, and dispatching finished goods to meet customer deadlines.
· Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits and implementing strategies to optimize stock efficiency.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipping, service, and support, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted drivers, couriers, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.

Qualifications
· Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management or similar, OR strong evidence that you’re capable of learning.
· Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members.
· Good proficiency in basic software tools, e.g., cloud-based docs / spreadsheets, shipping portal software, MS Office suite.
· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed for hands-on tasks.
