Squirrel Hill Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is under new management!We are looking to add a payroll/administrative assistant to our growing family here at Squirrel Hill! Ideal candidate will be responsible for processing missed punch forms, review timesheets, process payroll data, and manage deductions, benefits, and tax filings to ensure employees are paid correctly and within compliance of state/federal agencies. Candidate may also assist facility management in administrative tasks such as filing, copy/scanning, record keeping, organization; special projects as needed. They review timesheets, process payroll data, and manage deductions, benefits, and tax filings to ensure employees are paid correctly. Successful Payroll Specialists possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of payroll laws and regulations. They excel at managing complex payroll data, ensuring accuracy in tax calculations, and handling multiple payroll tasks efficiently. These professionals are reliable, deadline-driven, and focused on maintaining compliance while ensuring employees are compensated accurately and on time.Shift:In-person only at our facility in the beautiful neighborhood of Squirrel Hill. Hours to be discussed on interview but will be daylight based. 60 hours total. Facility is paid on a bi-weekly basis.
