In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring entrances and exits, conducting surveillance, and responding swiftly to any incidents or disturbances. Responsibilities
- Monitor all entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access and ensure guest and staff safety
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills as needed
- Enforce safety to protect property and assets
- Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports, accurately and promptly
- Assist in crowd control during busy hours or special events to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred
- Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is advantageous
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential threats quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, guests, and emergency responders
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally
- Knowledge of security protocols specific to hospitality environments is a plus
