Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Squier Associates, Inc.
Squier Associates is a manufacturer’s representative in the food service equipment and supplies industry. We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to support the company’s goals through consultative selling and to maintain our established company culture. We are looking for someone based in and willing to cover the Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware region.

Key Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) include:
- Actively sell equipment and supplies through our targeted sales channels.
- Train customers on new products, focusing on their benefits and features.
- Prepare and implement strategic plans in accordance with the company’s annual sales goals.
- Log all sales activities, including customer visits, meetings, and demos, in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and follow through on all sales leads within one business day.
- Thoughtfully provide insight and feedback for manufacturers by the assigned due date.
- Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and professional manner.

The starting salary for this position is $70,000 base plus an incentive bonus structure. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
