Inside Sales Representative – MyStart Health (Internal Posting)

We’re MyStart Health, part of the Squeeze family and one of the fastest-growing health services programs in the organization. What will you do?
- Contact warm leads who have expressed interest in MyStart Health services — no cold calling
- Ask qualifying questions to understand customer needs and guide them through next steps
- Make fast-paced calls throughout your shift (2–4 minutes per call)
- Use simple, effective sales tactics — including basic rebuttals — to help customers stay engaged
- Clearly communicate the benefits of MyStart Health programs (full training provided!)
- Represent the MyStart Health brand with professionalism, empathy, and energy

Minimum Qualifications
- Current Squeeze team member in good standing
- Must complete a successful background check
- Able to work a consistent weekly schedule (25 hours/week preferred)
- Must commit to 4-hour minimum shifts, 5 days per week
- Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm MST
- Comfortable taking inbound/outbound calls for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help people
- Positive mindset — a force for good in the culture
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Interest in health, wellness, or coaching (not required but helpful)
