We are seeking an experienced and motivated Crew Lead to oversee window cleaning and pressure washing crews in the Indianapolis area. This role is responsible for leading a small team (2-3 technicians), ensuring high quality work every time, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service on every job.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 technicians on job sites
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to company standards
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate job details, expectations, and feedback to crew members
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers on site
- Inspect completed work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Maintain and care for company equipment and vehicles
- Communicate with office staff regarding job progress, issues, or scheduling
- Requirements
- Previous professional window cleaning experience (Required)
- Previous professional pressure washing experience (Required)
- Proven ability to lead or manage a small team (2-3 people)
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong customer service and customer communication skills
- Reliable on time attendance
- Clean cut, professional appearance
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Schedule
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
- Expected hours: 30-40 hours per week
