Squeegee Squad provides professional high-rise, residential, and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and lighting installation. Prior experience with professional window cleaning or pressure washing is desired but not required.

Responsibilities
- Expert Cleaning: Deliver streak-free results for windows, screens, and tracks using specialized tools and pure-water systems.
- Master the Heights: Safely utilize ladders and lifts to reach challenging areas.
- End-to-End Project Management: Perform pre-job walkthroughs, complete the full scope of work, and conduct a final inspection with the customer to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Customer Engagement: Provide friendly, professional service. Address client concerns on-site and recommend additional services (gutter cleaning, pressure washing) where they add value.
- Equipment Care: Maintain your vehicle and gear (squeegees, hoses, ladders) to ensure they are always "ready to go".
Qualifications
- Height Experience: Comfortable and experienced working on ladders. Experience with high-rise rope descent or lifts is a major plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying Kansas weather conditions.
- Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Professionalism: Friendly personality with the ability to communicate clearly with both the team and customers.
