Location: Chicagoland (based out of New Lenox – potential to dispatch straight from home once trust is established)

What This Role Is

We’re hiring technicians to handle:

• Window cleaning
• Power washing
• Soft washing

For the right person, this role can grow into a Crew Lead or Field Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work on a crew cleaning windows (interior and exterior), power washing, soft washing (house washing), and gutter cleaning
• Handle ladders, roofs, and equipment safely
• Deliver high-quality work and a great customer experience
• Help keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule
• Work inside homes and businesses when needed - professionalism and respect for customer property is critical

Pay Structure

• Starting base pay commission (based on experience)
• High performers earn more
• Leadership roles come with increased pay
