Part-Time Window Cleaner Wanted

We are looking for hard working, positive attitude window cleaners to help grow our business in Apex, NC. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

We are currently seeking a part-time person for anywhere from 2-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities
Window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings, ensuring all glass surfaces are spotless and streak-free.

• Use appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve optimal results.
• Work on ladders and/or operate water-fed poles, scissor and boom lifts and other equipment safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
• Conduct routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Great attitude
• Great customer service/communication skills
• Reliable/on time attendance
• Pass a criminal background check
• Drivers license strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years old or older

Qualifications

• No experience necessary, but previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles or roles with ladder/safety work is preferred.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and standards is a plus.
• Must be willing to learn how to operate boom or scissor lifts safely; certification may be required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and climbing for extended periods.
