We are seeking an energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with owner and sales manager to select neighborhoods.
- Knock on doors, greet potential customers, and explain our services. Create free estimates to leave behind.
- Hang door hangers and place business signs.
Qualifications
- No experience needed, but a strong desire to win business is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be able to handle rejection professionally while maintaining motivation and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Experience with inside sales, outbound calling, telemarketing, or field sales is highly desirable but not required.
- Must have transportation to get to and from target neighborhoods.
Pay
Pay is a base hourly rate plus commission for jobs closed. Exact rates are based on experience.
