The job
Provide residential and commercial window and gutter cleaning services to clients throughout the St. Louis Metro area.
Follow a set protocol to ensure windows are cleaned to our standards.
Regular ladder work, sometimes working at heights up to 32ft.
Protect customer property by identifying and mitigating hazards.
Loading/restocking materials in the workvan.
Completing work orders and submitting photos in the app.
Communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone, develop customer quotes, and collect payments when needed.
What It Takes to Win Here
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; good driving record preferred.
Comfortable with heights and full‐day physical work outdoors (lifting/carrying ladders ~45–75 lbs; frequent climbing, kneeling, and reaching).
Detail‐oriented, dependable, and coachable—follows safety procedures and can work solo or as a pair.
This is a dirty job, but a clean and neat appearance is required at the start of the day.
Experience in window cleaning is a plus but not necessary. We will train you to be successful.
Pay & Perks
$17–$22/hr base depending on experience performance bonuses throughout the season commission for business you bring in

Schedule
Seasonal work. Depending on the weather, our season generally starts towards the end of March and takes us all the way through December. Commercial route work continues throughout the off season at abbreviated hours.
Hours are variable, ranging from 15-40 hours with most weeks averaging around 25hrs. Some days we will work until 6pm at the latest to wrap up larger jobs but this is rare.
Paid for the week, not the hour.
Safety & Training
We train to OSHA/IWCA best practices for ladder safety, water‐fed pole use, and PPE. Toolbox talks are documented. Certifications and advanced training opportunities available over time.
Nice‐to‐Haves (Not Required)
Experience with water‐fed poles, pure‐water systems, or gutter cleaning.
Lead Tech or crew‐chief experience, sales, or customer‐service background.
