What You Will Be Doing:
As a Squeaky Clean Crew Member, you’ll:
- Clean and detail windows, screens, and surrounding areas
- Move between job sites as a crew, staying on schedule throughout the day
- Set up and use ladders and equipment with safety in mind
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions common to Southern Utah
What We're Looking For:
- Shows up on time and follows through on commitments
- Works well with a partner or small crew throughout the day
- Takes direction well and is open to feedback and training
- Comfortable being outdoors and working at heights when needed
- Able to handle physical work, including lifting and staying active
- Communicates respectfully with both teammates and customers
- Has reliable transportation to and from work
Helpful (But Not Required):
- Previous experience in window cleaning
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay self-motivated
