Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, helping them find desired items and offering product information.
- Sales Transactions: Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and provide change.
- Merchandise Presentation: Set up attractive displays and arrange products to enhance sales and customer interest.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking items, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Display sensitivity to Native American culture, ensuring respectful and informed interactions with all guests.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Experience in customer service/retail preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
