About us
Squatch Roofing provides high quality roofing services with a high quality customer experience. Squatch does everything from complete reroofs to roof rejuvenation to roof cleanings. The individual in this position will primarily focus on Roof Maxx applications, roof cleanings, and an occasional roof repair. This individual will be responsible for learning all the details of the Roof Maxx product and installation process. Squatch is looking for dependable team members who have strong communication skills and a willingness to uphold Squatch’s company values.
Duties
- Repair leak areas, vents, flashing, etc.
- Roof Maxx Applications
- Clean mossy roofs
- Manage Roof Maxx and roofing equipment
- Take job photos and upload them to Company Cam
- Clean up jobsites after Roof Maxx and repair jobs
- Manage Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
- A willingness to be honest and upfront with customers
- 3 years of roofing experience
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Compensation
- $28-$40 per hour
- 2 weeks of PTO
- Paid Holidays
- Overtime as needed
