Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying, and documenting all deliveries using warehouse management systems and RFID scanners
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately in accordance with customer specifications and trade compliance standards
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain precise inventory records through data entry into inventory management software and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms
- Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to ensure proper stocking, order picking, and packaging procedures are followed for timely order fulfillment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management tools to ensure stock accuracy
- Support international trade regulations compliance by understanding shipping logistics requirements for cross-border shipments
Experience
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and RF scanners
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and e-commerce order processing
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging requirements
- Skilled in using tools such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers for load & unload activities
- Strong data entry skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support internal teams and external partners effectively
- Prior experience working with MRP systems or AS400 is highly desirable for seamless integration into existing workflows
