Key responsibilities

- Guest assistance: Responding to guest questions, complaints, and requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.
- Room maintenance: Cleaning and clearing tables during and after service, and preparing the room for the next event.
- Teamwork: Coordinating with other banquet staff, such as chefs and bartenders, and assisting fellow team members as needed.
- Side work: Completing various tasks to prepare for events, such as folding napkins and polishing silverware.
