Position Overview

Olos is seeking a Baker to join our culinary team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of breads that complement our menu and reflect our standard of excellence. The ideal candidate has a passion for baking, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake breads according to restaurant recipes and standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment

• Ensure all baked goods meet presentation and taste standards before service

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

• Assist with special events, catering, and holiday menus as needed

• Prep at times if needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Attention to details!
