This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Collins, CO, for a Physical Medicine Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients within the scope of physical medicine. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing tailored care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing treatments such as regenerative medicine injections and rehabilitation services. You will also educate patients on wellness and holistic care practices to improve their quality of life.
- Proficiency in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning within a physical medicine or similar healthcare setting
- Demonstrated expertise in administering treatments such as regenerative medicine injections, physical therapy, or other similar therapies
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Knowledge of holistic healthcare practices, including non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical treatment options, is strongly preferred
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Colorado
- Ability to work on-site and provide personalized, patient-focused care
- Prior experience in a similar role or physical medication specialty is a plus
- Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed on advances in physical medicine and holistic care
