Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery
• Recommend menu items and upsell specials to maximize sales and guest satisfaction
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately at the end of each shift
• Assist with food safety protocols, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting stations, and assisting with host/hostess duties when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs
• Strong knowledge of POS systems for effective ordering
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and guest relations expertise
• Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques
• Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus to better understand food preparation and presentation standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous host/hostess or serving experience is advantageous for creating welcoming atmospheres
