We are currently hiring Drivers and Helpers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to grow within a purpose-driven organization.
About the Role
- Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections
- Lead local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews
- Safely load, unload, and move clients' goods
- Lift and carry 50 lbs (sometimes up stairs)
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting at $15 - $17/hr
- Pay Range: $15-$20/hr
- Drivers Training Pay: $17/hr (first 2–60 days)
Additional Compensation:
- Tips – Many team members earn $30 /hr total with tips
- Profit-Sharing Bonus – Every 6 months after 1 year of continuous employment
- 401(k) – Company match up to 3%
- Opportunity to travel for long-distance moves
Driver Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No CDL required
Schedule:
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Flexible scheduling options
